By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Artisanal Variations: Our products are handcrafted by artisans in Lucknow. Because they are not machine-made, slight variations in embroidery patterns, thread color, and minor “imperfections” are characteristic of the craft and are not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor settings and natural dye processes, the actual color you see may vary slightly.

Order Acceptance: We reserve all rights to accept, refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Custom Orders: For “Made-to-Order” pieces, production begins only after payment confirmation. These orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Production Time: Handcrafted items may require a lead time of 3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Timelines: While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unavoidable circumstances.
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

Policy Adherence: All returns and exchanges are governed by our [Link to Return Policy].
Non-Returnable: Custom-sized garments, items bought on final sale, and used/washed items are strictly non-returnable.
Inspection: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the garment shows signs of wear, perfume scents, or damage not present at the time of shipping.
